2022 Gallatin County Nonprofit Vitality Fund Grantees

Gallatin County and One Valley Community Foundation announce the grantee organizations and award amounts from the Gallatin County Nonprofit Vitality Fund. This fund was created from a redistribution of $500,000 of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds from the Gallatin County Commission in January of 2022 with the purpose of revitalizing nonprofit organizations adversely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Give Big 2022 Raises $2.87 Million for 230 Local Nonprofits

On May 5th and 6th, the Gallatin County community came together for the 8th annual Give Big Gallatin Valley, a 24-hour giving event that raises unrestricted funds for local nonprofits. This year, 6,120 generous donors gave a record-breaking $2,872,174 to support 230 organizations. Give Big 2022 marked a significant milestone in the giving day’s history by raising over $10 million since its inception in 2015.

One Valley Community Foundation is committed to elevating the work of all the important nonprofits in Gallatin Valley. One way that One Valley does this is through our annual community-wide giving day, Give Big Gallatin Valley. Since its inception eight years ago, One Valley has been working to make Give Big Gallatin Valley a more equitable and inclusive initiative. We have made many new changes and look forward to continued growth as we learn how to further these efforts. In an effort to strive for progress and not perfection, we want to share what we are learning along our equity journey. We value learning in public.
