Public Education

Report on housing concepts and data in easy-to-understand terms. Inform and activate the public and foster engagement in decision making.

Coordination and Cooperation

An ongoing forum for agencies, organizations, and interests to cultivate partnerships and to accelerate projects and results across Gallatin County.

Attract Capital

Invigorate and support regional funding sources for below-market rate home preservation and development, as well as housing-related programming and service delivery.

Advocate

Advocate for policies and programs that support the needs of our community members and the related goals identified by the RHC.

Contribute to Decision-Making

Use publicly available and original data to assess evolving housing needs throughout Gallatin County’s population and geography. Provide research, data, and stories to decision makers in order to inform government policies, private investment strategies, and employer decision-making.
