Hosted by the MSU Alumni Foundation and One Valley Community Foundation, this event brings together professionals in law, finance, and tax to explore the ways donor advised funds can support clients’ financial, philanthropic, and future planning goals.

Through real donor stories, advisor insights, and peer conversation, you’ll learn practical ways to help your clients make the most of their giving—whether they’re navigating a major financial event, planning for the future, or simply looking to give back with impact. This event will keep you up to date on key tools and strategies while fostering stronger collaboration across disciplines.

Meet the Speakers

Traci Weller

Senior Managing Director of Estate, Trust and Gift Planning | MSU Alumni Foundation

Traci Weller is a seasoned philanthropic professional with thirty-three years of experience in the nonprofit sector. As Sr. Managing Director of Estate, Trust and Gift Planning with the Montana State University Alumni Foundation, she has collaborated with donors and their advisors to design and close a variety of gifts in support of all aspects of MSU’s mission and has the distinct honor of helping individuals “give smarter” through their philanthropy.

She played a key role in securing the funding to complete Montana State University’s first comprehensive campaign and was the lead development professional in securing a $50 million gift to the College of Engineering.

Traci received her Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) certification in 2004, and in 2014, earned designation as a Certified Specialist in Planned Giving (CSPG) from the American Institute of Philanthropic Studies at California State University, Long Beach.

She currently chairs the Membership Committee and is President-Elect of the Board of Directors for the Montana Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. In 2019, she received the Outstanding Fundraising Professional Award for the state of Montana from the Association of Fundraising Professionals Montana Chapter and the Montana Nonprofit Association.

Bridget Wilkinson

President & CEO | One Valley Community Foundation

Bridget Wilkinson serves as the President and CEO of One Valley Community Foundation, where she leads with a deep belief in the power of people to shape strong, connected communities. Since 2013, she has guided the foundation’s growth into a trusted philanthropic partner serving Gallatin County.

Under Bridget’s leadership, One Valley has grown from a board-led organization to a thriving community foundation with over $20 million in assets under management. Today, the foundation supports more than 500 local nonprofits through thoughtful grantmaking, donor services, and collaborative partnerships. She played a key role in launching and scaling Give Big Gallatin Valley, a 24-hour giving initiative that has raised over $20 million for 489 nonprofits since its inception.

Bridget brings more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sector. Her work is rooted in a commitment to trust-based philanthropy, strategic collaboration, and making giving accessible and meaningful for all. In 2017, she was selected as one of 10 executive directors nationwide to participate in the CFLeads Executive Leadership Institute. She’s also been recognized locally and statewide—earning a 20 Under 40 award, Prospera Business Network’s Leader of the Year honor, and being voted Bozeman’s Best Community Advocate five times.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Spanish from the University of Idaho and a master’s in Higher Education from Montana State University. Bridget is a graduate of Leadership Montana’s Class of 2019, a 21/64 Certified Advisor trained in working with multigenerational families on philanthropy, and holds a Certificate in Effective Philanthropy from Stanford PACS.

Outside of her work at the foundation, Bridget stays closely connected to her community through volunteerism, local events, and meaningful relationships that inspire her daily.

Jasmine J. Morton

Associate | Crowley Fleck, PLLP

Jasmine J. Morton is an attorney at the Crowley Fleck, PLLP firm in their Kalispell office. The majority of Jasmine’s practice is focused on creating and advising non-profit organizations and complex estate planning.

In advising nonprofits and tax-exempt organizations, she helps create nonprofit organizations by drafting and filing organizational documents and preparing applications for tax exemption. Jasmine assists with nonprofit administration, including preparing gift agreements, navigating administrative procedures, and reviewing board documents. Her diverse client base includes hospitals, private foundations, chambers of commerce, colleges, public charities, and other nonprofit trusts and corporations.

Since joining Crowley Fleck in 2019, Jasmine has focused her practice on supporting her clients’ efforts to improve their communities, finding fulfillment in being part of that mission and serving as a valuable resource. She appreciates collaborating with her colleagues and reaching the most efficient outcome for her clients. Jasmine especially enjoys hearing about the positive impact that the nonprofits they have helped establish make in the future, which further fuels her passion for her work. She has played a pivotal role in creating and advising some of the largest non-profit organizations in Montana, both at the state and regional levels.

Tiffany Marshall

Trust Consultant | Raymond James Trust

Tiffany Marshall joined Raymond James Trust, N.A. in 2016 as trust consultant for the West region. As the West Coast trust consultant, Tiffany works with financial advisors and their clients to discuss trust and estate planning needs. She focuses on identifying Raymond James Trust solutions that are the right fit for the client and add value to their overall relationship with Raymond James Financial Services.

With over 20 years in the industry, she previously served as a senior trust officer for Union Bank in San Francisco, primarily focusing on helping high-net-worth clients achieve their estate planning goals and cultivating long-term relationships with their families.

In advising nonprofits and tax-exempt organizations, she helps create nonprofit organizations by drafting and filing organizational documents and preparing applications for tax exemption. Jasmine assists with nonprofit administration, including preparing gift agreements, navigating administrative procedures, and reviewing board documents. Nicole Conner

Charitable Consultant | Raymond James Trust

As a Charitable Consultant at Raymond James Charitable, Nicole specializes in advising financial advisors and their clients on effective charitable giving strategies, with a particular focus on donor advised funds. Having spent the last two years at Raymond James Charitable, and with nearly a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, Nicole brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Nicole held several roles in operating nonprofits, including as Chief of Staff for Tampa Bay History Center in Tampa, Florida, and in donor relations and stewardship for Combined Jewish Philanthropies in Boston, Massachusetts.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication, a Master of Business Administration, and a Graduate Certificate in Management of Non-Governmental and Non-Profit Organizations from the University of South Florida.

When not supporting financial advisors and their clients with charitable planning strategy, Nicole spends her time with her husband, Xavier, and their two rescue pit bulls in their home city of Tampa, Florida.
