This report includes information on nonprofit compensation and benefits in the Gallatin Valley. One Valley Community Foundation has partnered with M-Trail Marketing at Montana State University to conduct this nonprofit compensation survey in October 2021. The goal of this report is to gain a better understanding of wage and benefit information specific to our community. Sixty-three Gallatin County nonprofits participated in the survey, representing over 1,000 nonprofit employees. We hope nonprofits will be able to use this report to better understand how salaries and benefits are adjusting with community growth and utilize it as a tool when making staffing decisions.
