Give Big Gallatin Valley raises record-breaking $3.2 million for local nonprofits
The 12th annual 24-hour giving initiative supported 265 nonprofits serving Gallatin County
Last Friday, the 12th annual Give Big Gallatin Valley raised a record-breaking $3.2 million for 265 local nonprofits, marking the initiative’s most successful year to date.
Hosted by One Valley Community Foundation, Give Big Gallatin Valley has now raised more than $23.6 million for 525 nonprofits since launching in 2015. The 24-hour giving initiative connects donors with local causes and supports organizations serving communities throughout Gallatin County.
“This milestone reflects the generosity and commitment of our entire community,” said Bridget Wilkinson, President & CEO of One Valley Community Foundation. “Year after year, Give Big brings people together around a shared belief that local nonprofits are essential to the strength and future of Gallatin County. Raising $3.2 million in just 24 hours is not only a record, it is a testament to what is possible when a community shows up for one another.”
For participating nonprofits, Give Big provides both fundraising support and increased visibility during one of the community’s largest annual giving efforts.
“Give Big is a powerful opportunity to share our message with new and established donors and raise much-needed funds to further our mission,” said Glenda Noyes, Director of CASA/GAL of Gallatin County. “The vulnerable children we serve may never understand the impact of what the funds and friends raised during these 24 hours mean for them, but we know it is life-changing for them, and for that we are eternally grateful to One Valley Community Foundation and our very generous community.”
Local businesses and sponsors also helped support the initiative by increasing visibility for participating nonprofits and encouraging community-wide giving.
“Sponsoring Give Big 2026 has been a powerful reminder of what is possible when we come together to support a common goal,” said Abby Schlatter, CEO and Co-founder of commonFont, Give Big’s Headline Sponsor. “We are honored to stand behind the local organizations that strengthen our Gallatin Valley, and we are deeply inspired by the incredible generosity shown by our neighbors last week.”
Give Big Gallatin Valley is designed to make giving accessible, inspire generosity, and strengthen the nonprofit sector by connecting donors with causes they care about. Each year, the initiative provides participating nonprofits with tools, training, visibility, and opportunities to engage new and returning supporters.
