Supporting Our Community in New Ways
At One Valley Community Foundation, we believe in the power of connection—that when we bring together people who care with causes that matter, we create a stronger, more vibrant Gallatin County where everyone can thrive.
As our community grows and the needs of both nonprofits and donors evolve, so too must our team. That’s why we’re excited to share a staffing transition designed to deepen our impact and better serve the entire One Valley community.
Chloe Loeffelholz Named Nonprofit Programming Manager
Earlier this year, Chloe Loeffelholz joined our team as Interim Program Manager to lead Give Big Gallatin Valley while Jill Ellwood was on maternity leave. In just a few short months, Chloe demonstrated a deep commitment to our nonprofit community, leading a successful Give Big initiative, coordinating nonprofit roundtables, hosting Nonprofit Cafe, and offering hands-on, thoughtful support to organizations across Gallatin County.
We’re thrilled to share that Chloe will be continuing with One Valley as our new Nonprofit Programming Manager. In this role, she’ll lead year-round nonprofit programming—including Nonprofit Café, Executive Director and Fundraising Roundtables, trainings, and more—and serve as a key connector and resource for nonprofit leaders. Chloe’s experience, energy, and collaborative spirit make her a strong partner to the nonprofit sector as we continue building a more connected and empowered community.
Jill Ellwood Transitions to Philanthropy Manager
At the same time, we’re excited to announce that Jill Ellwood will be stepping into a new role as Philanthropy Manager. In this position, Jill will focus on serving our donor community through donor education events, Donor Advised Fund support, and personalized giving guidance. She’ll work closely with individuals, families, and professional advisors to help donors give with confidence and impact.
Jill has long been a trusted resource to nonprofits and is now bringing that same dedication to the donor side of our work—deepening relationships and helping donors align their giving with the community’s greatest needs.
Why This Matters
This staffing transition reflects One Valley’s continued investment in our mission: connecting people who care to causes that matter. With Chloe leading our nonprofit programming and Jill focusing on philanthropy, we are better positioned to serve both sides of that equation—supporting the organizations doing the work on the ground and the individuals who want to make a difference through giving.
By strengthening these roles, we’re not only building internal capacity but also strengthening bridges between donors and the needs that exist around them. It’s one more way we’re working to ensure that every person in Gallatin County has the opportunity to thrive.
We’re excited about what’s ahead and honored to continue serving this community alongside you.
