Thank you for your interest in serving as a member of the Regional Housing Coalition. To finalize your participation, please complete a Member Collaborative Agreement for your organization. This agreement ensures we have accurate information about your organization and its designated representative(s), so we can collaborate effectively throughout the year.

Each organization may designate up to two members. A second representative can be added at any time by completing an updated form with information for both representatives.
