  • Bozeman Public Safety Center 901 N Rouse Ave Bozeman, MT 59715 (map)

DESCRIPTION:

In the ever-demanding world of nonprofit work, stress is a constant companion. This interactive session offers a mindful framework to better understand, name, and respond to stress. The framework utilizes the recipe for stress from The Center for Studies on Human Stress and Mayo Clinic's 4 A's of stress relief. Participants will leave with shared language, practical strategies, and tangible tools to support their well-being and resilience, because caring for your mission starts with caring for yourself.

WHO SHOULD JOIN:

This Nonprofit Cafe session is ideal for nonprofit leadership and program managers seeking practical tools to strengthen team communication and mitigate burnout.
